﷽
If you do not help him, God has already helped him, when those who disbelieved expelled him, and he was the second of two in the cave. He said to his friend, “Do not worry, God is with us.” And God made His tranquillity descend upon him, and supported him with forces you did not see and made the word of those who disbelieved the lowest, while the Word of God is the Highest. God is Mighty and Wise. 9:40
This wall panel refers to an important moment in Islam when the Prophet Muhammad (saws) had to move from the city of Mecca to Yathrib or more commonly known as Medina. During this journey, he had to hide with a companion in the Thaur cave for days. They were not found due to the fact that Allah (swt) inspired a spider to cover the entrance of the cave with a spider web which gave the impression that nobody had entered the cases for a very long time. Due to this the persecutors decided not to inspect the cave as a potential hiding place and continued their search elsewhere.
Shortly after the Prophet's arrival in Medina most of his followers made migrated as well. This event is historically known as the Hijra.
