The olive trees that have provided the olives to make this oil are located in the rural mountain areas close to the Adriatic sea and far from the polluting industry. Also, the trees have a certain age that improves the quality of the fruits that expresses themselves through the traditional artisanal process that has been passed on from generation to generation.

Due to the high quality of this oil, we advise avoiding extreme heating up such as baking and frying in this oil as there are many other alternatives available to be used in this way. This oil is at its best to give the final touch to all your dishes or to be used in cold preparations.
